迷迭香冰镇海螺

1、把海螺洗净,冷水入锅加热至沸腾,改小火煮10分钟左右[此法可以使螺肉被完整地挑出;

2、捞出海螺,用竹签挑出螺肉,去掉内脏,留螺头,洗净粘液;[P3~

3、锅下少许油,炒香蒜头,洋葱,辣椒,加水烧开,放入螺头,用烧汁,豆瓣酱,海鲜酱,叉烧酱,味琳调味,最后放入迷迭香焖煮入味,待汁收干;
