[size=2]2、锅里烧水,加一点盐、味精、白糖,水面上加一点油。水开了以后,将码味的鱼片倒进开水,等到鱼片发白、展开后就捞起,装盘。(时间大概也就2分钟不到)。动作慢了的话,鱼就老了;[/size]Y0y0?j]
