豆豉鲜贝

3)我用的是无水烹饪锅―――盖上锅盖,透气孔打到“开”的位置,中火,等蒸汽阀发出哨声的时候,转小火,透气孔打到“关”的位置,再稍煮一会儿即可。"G?8v7ni$QS V

也可用普通蒸锅蒸熟。不过,用这种无水烹饪锅做蒸煮的食物,感觉挺好的―――食物不缩水,很嫩。Mb"vV0{x
