好吃劲道的肉酱手擀面
预计是个浩大的工程,于是起个大早开始折腾。果然!累s我了!!尤其是切面条的工序,我简直成了人工面条机...一定,以后一定不会经常做了!

慢慢一点一点把盐水加入面粉中,用筷子搅搅,将面粉搅成雪片状,再一点点加盐水和蛋液,慢慢揉啊揉,醒一会儿,再用力揉啊揉,直到揉成均匀光滑不粘手的面团。然后分成几份,分别擀开擀薄,切条...切条前,记得在面皮两面拍上生粉(不要用面粉),防粘,也防面条下锅后沾粘!,H'?5EvF!PD

面条下锅咯~~~不停用筷子翻动~翻动~~~~~熟了,捞出。有点白透白透的,可爱!-ed ]J4g)bw$a_

肉酱的做法:由于没有肉末,就用桔妈前一晚做的猪扒切成丁,和番茄丁、玉米一起下油锅炒(用黄油),再加番茄酱、黑胡椒、少许盐、煮面条的水(有淀粉成分),稍微收汁后浇在面条上即可。6I9fTsjT?X
