蒜香牛油焗全蟹
这次就做个西式的“蒜香牛油焗全蟹”。浓郁若味的蒜蓉牛油汁覆盖在蒸至半熟的蟹身上,进烤箱焗至刚熟,无论是蟹肉还是蟹黄,入口都充满了牛油蒜蓉的馥郁,还可以辟去蟹本身的腥味,配上炸馒头或多士同食,美味非常!Iq
