香辣小龙虾
[size=3]今天心情不错,做了道小菜。香辣小龙虾~~~大家一块来品尝吧!

[b]主 料:[/b]小龙虾2斤、干辣椒、辣椒粉、八角、生姜、蒜末、葱段、花椒、花椒粉(哈,看材料就知道很辣了~~~)

1、小龙虾刷干净,抽掉肠子把尾巴对半切好入味;5Q(P]_pZj1j
2、开火,锅烧热,倒入少许色拉油,油烧到8成热,倒入蒜末炒香;

3、接着抓两把辣椒粉,炒一小会儿,关火,用剩余的油温炸出香香的辣椒油;

4、把辣椒油装入小碗待用,接着再倒入色拉油,烧热后加入洗净泡了一小会儿的的干辣椒,将剩下的蒜末和姜丝一起炒香;

5、把小龙虾倒入锅中,翻炒,壳开始红时加入刚才做好的辣椒油、花椒粉和花椒,继续反复翻炒;x.~;FK

6、翻炒三分钟后,将大火转中火,加入食盐、八角和一点点老抽入味;

7、锅盖盖上焖两分钟,倒入切好的土豆片(这倒菜加黄瓜条和炸好的土豆条比较合适,材料没买齐,暂时用土豆片代替!);

8、加入土豆片翻炒一会后,加上一小碗水,仍然用中火焖3至4分钟;Y/Lx/G0n@%P |
9、起锅前加点黑胡椒、鸡精调味,小葱段这个时间撒上配色;m(F_Vq$nV5W?
10、装盘,大家慢慢吃吧~~~手抓小龙虾。。[/size]
