天气终于凉快了,吃了一夏天的麻酱面,西红柿面,也该换换口味了,想吃三鲜打卤面了,可准备打卤面的用料和工序很费时,一般要到周末才有心情做给家人吃。@_$~E2f.a-P%W

早上起床看着窗外的蓝天白云,空气中的含氧量比起三伏天不知高了多少倍呢,人也变的很精神,很勤快。那就不怕麻烦,上班的日子也要做些复杂的晚饭吃。*DC T [$q6}B

从炒锅中挪到汤锅中,煮虾头的汤也放在里面。能看到虾油的红色吧,这可是汤味鲜美的关键。
