配料:明虾、鸡爪、金针菇.娃娃菜.豆芽.土豆、千张丝、葱、姜、蒜、胡椒粉、精盐、料酒、白糖、麻辣鲜、鸡精,郫县豆瓣酱等D(L(WXDe K

做法:1-将鸡爪洗净,放入电饭煲中加上水,料酒,葱打结,姜.盐,煮一刻钟左右再把土豆.娃娃菜.豆芽.千张丝.金针菇.郫县豆瓣酱一起放入,煮透.i%D*}1u:a+Vvsn

2-虾去泥肠,开水里烫一下,不用全熟,怕以后在油锅里乱跳,,等它O了

3-油五成热,放入郫县豆瓣酱.姜末.蒜末煸香,入虾,加点胡椒粉,盐.炒熟了加鸡精葱段.盛出备用7Ij3o{[}

4-电饭煲里差不多等土豆用筷子很快插入就差不多了,出锅加点鸡精,放入盛器里(铺底)...把虾虾铺在最上面,放上葱丝.姜末.蒜末.麻辣鲜..
