椰丝糯米糍
那个粘着糯米皮的盘子狂难洗,我是用钢丝球洗干净的,好费劲啊~

家里也没有一次性手套,隔着保鲜袋又搞不连牵,反正都是自己吃的,所以直接上爪了,O(∩_∩)O~。(u RX$WB\0T

材料:糯米粉150克,水200克,绵白糖30克,色拉油30克,红豆沙适量,椰丝适量sNK~Y

1、糯米粉、糖、水混合,搅拌均匀到无颗粒;

2、1中加入油拌匀;

3、将面糊到入易扁盘中,微波炉高火转2分钟;i{V6U-~
4、取出面糊,用筷子搅拌一下,包保鲜膜(我用的是食品袋)再高火转2分钟(第一次感觉已经差不多熟了,所以这一次我用的是中高火1分钟);

5、取出面糊,搅拌一下,成糯米皮,稍放凉至不烫手即可;

6、取适量熟面团压扁放红豆心,包好,外面裹上椰丝就可以了。
