1. 杀蟹:螃蟹洗干净。壳儿朝下肚儿朝上,一刀从中间切开。去腮后把螃蟹再稍冲洗一下,然后把螃蟹腿的小尖儿都剁掉。最后按自己喜好把螃蟹切成若干份。.Uz
