干煎老豆腐

1、炒锅放少许油,把豆腐块放入煎至金黄色,翻过一面再煎……

2、这样一块块煎,一次油不要放多了,不够再加点,要有点耐心

3、炒锅里放油,这次可以稍多点,和正常炒菜差不多吧,油热放入蒜末炒香。
