1.将带鱼洗净切断,豆腐洗净切块,葱、姜、蒜切片备用

2.锅烧热,放入适量油,将带鱼表面沾上面粉,下油锅慢火炸至金黄色,所有带鱼炸好后成出备用

3.锅中放入少许底油,放入姜片炒香,把炸好的带鱼放入,迅速放入白糖,盐,料酒,醋,酱油,把鱼烹香,放入适量的水,没过鱼即可,把豆腐,葱,蒜,大料放入锅中一起熬煮,调到大火烧开,最后转小火慢炖

从营养学来讲,鱼和豆腐放一起利于吸收钙质,所以这道菜搭配是成功的,但是楼主不知道从那选的这人做的这道菜,美食讲究色香味俱全,并且色排第一位,你这道菜香味无法判断,但这色实在是不敢恭维,但还是要谢谢你的发帖,呵呵
