这个最好是用农村的柴生上火熏制,口感比风干的好.

非常经典的制作咸肉的方法，如果想自己尝试腌的话，还是先准备几个大点的带封口的塑料袋把涂过腌料的肉放进去，切记一定不能漏气哦！因为现在有陶罐的家庭不是很多，所以还是采取以上的方法吧。关键是5到6天后一定要肉用绳子串起来。吊在阴凉处风干哦。还有别忘了滴几滴白酒哦，这样腌出来的咸肉会很香的，谢谢大大的分享！

咸肉蒸着吃很好吃，另外在烧冬瓜汤时候放一点进去，咸肉冬瓜汤很好吃。
