葱油鸡
在乐购买了2个鸡腿,因为鸡腿肉嫩,所以拿来做这个凉菜。。。Z&JB!O,J)C
原料:

鸡腿2个j.pN/H5X!s\MS
配料:葱、姜、香菜、柠檬、料酒、鸡精、盐、花椒

步骤如下:

(1)鸡腿剔骨6e }rJ(Nl C%V-Qk8KV*X
(2)切葱、姜 ;{'v%HSp?5^
(3)将剔骨好的鸡腿肉放入容器,加料酒、鸡精、盐少许和葱姜、花椒{ Y,n|e1L1h G
搁水蒸大概8分钟,期间需要用筷子戳一下,差不多粉红色了就是最混嫩混嫩的。*N6~"\?8LzC
蒸鸡腿的汤汁不要扔掉,留着备用。

(4)将蒸好的鸡腿肉取出放入冰水冲凉YmLu]Y\
(5)放凉后切成1CM左右的小段,放入碗中待用bfh:w"ot/~+r
(6)起油锅,把葱段放入爆香,然后倒入刚才留着的汤汁调味即可。

(7)把调好的汤汁淋到切好的鸡腿肉上,滴入柠檬汁,放入冰箱冰镇1-2小时

(8)取出,放上香菜、柠檬片装饰

还是第一次看到凉鸡的做法!原来鸡肉“搁水蒸大概8分钟,差不多粉红色就是最混嫩” :excellence , 感谢楼主的贴士!难怪有时吃的鸡肉就比较硬身, 时间掌控不好!谢谢楼主的分享

鸡肉冰镇凉吃,还没吃过,感谢楼主的贴士.今天可大饱口福,马上去菜市备足材料,好好享受美食.

本人自顾自吃,从不关心这么做,现在看来做菜有点学问,不容易。
