清水加葱段/姜片烧开,放进鸡胸肉煮熟,凉却后拆丝状;n7|P%eS7C`/w

三大匙麻油烧热,放进姜片以慢火爆至卷曲,加入洋葱/葱丝拌炒5分钟,加鸡汤,酱油,米酒,砂糖一起煮沸后倒入一大碗里,加入鸡丝拌均,浸泡5分钟,然后铺于白饭上,佐以烫熟的清江菜,泡椒和腌萝卜即可。6J} o7@D/ly
