盐烧秋刀鱼和青花鱼

每次上日本料理店,除了刺身和寿司外,最喜欢的要数秋刀鱼和青花鱼了。烧得香喷喷的鱼,蘸上芥辣和寿司酱油,特别让人回味。原来秋刀鱼和青花鱼在街市随处可见,而且也很便宜,加上前段时间从DUCK哥哪里学了一招:用洋葱垫着来烤鱼,当然要学以致用啦!
